Headquarters of the MRI unit and Hassan II Foundation for the Prevention and Cure of the Nervous System Diseases

Creation :
Created on February 13, 1989 registered as public utility by the Prime Minister decree number 1.89.466 dated July 31,1989.
 

Objectives :
 

• - Develop knowledge on the nervous system diseases and diffuse it throughout Morocco and abroad.

• - Acquire new techniques in neurosurgery in the different domains such as diagnosis and treatment of the nervous system diseases.

• - Contribute in improving conditions of prevention, diagnosis and management of patients affected by the nervous system diseases.

• - Develop collaboration with national and international bodies having similar aims.

• - Hassan II Foundation for the Prevention and Cure of the Nervous System Diseases is a non lucrative body which has no political nor union interest. Its lifetime is unlimited and its head office is temporarily settled in the department of neurosurgery in the "Hôpital des Spécialités, Rabat". It can be transferred elsewhere on decision of the executive committee.
